General⋆ I usually have super limited slots open, as I don't want to make commissioners waiting, it is a pressure for me.
⋆ Must be 18 years or older to order.
⋆ You are commissioning me for MY STYLE therefore don't commission me if you don't like it.
⋆ I’m sending wip photos during the process, your job is to provide feedback promptly. Additional charges for amendments might apply.
⋆ I like making suits the way I like, so I will not confirm every little detail with you. If you wish some important features of your OC being done a certain way, let me know in advance please (use an additional information box in the commission form).
⋆ Please be sure that you’re absolutely satisfied with your design before commissioning.
⋆ Rough estimate of when your suit will be completed is 1-2 months after it's started. Time may vary and highly depends on a queue. Absolutely no rush is acceptable. If you're in a hurry, please don't commission me. I want to avoid stress and enjoy my work.
⋆ You need to be logged into a Google account in order to submit your commission form as it's required for uploading your reference images.
⋆ You can't share any wips I send you personally, unless it's approved by me. You neither can use my official photos of a finished work without permission.
⋆ Each commissioner will have a telegram chat with me to discuss the details.
⋆SERIOUS INQUIRIES only.Payments⋆ If you’re accepted, your down payment should be paid off within 24-48 hours after you get contacted by me, otherwise you lose your slot. If you applied and fail to pay you might be blacklisted and blocked.
⋆ Payments are accepted through PayPal for now.
⋆ Payment plans are not available at every opening, so please check the information about the specific opening.
⋆ 50% deposit is a must if you are going with a Payment Plan.
⋆ Can usually offer 2 installments payment plan (50% up front and 50% in a month) or you can pay in full right away which will make your commission a higher priority / higher in a queue.
⋆All payments are non-refundable unless due to unforeseen circumstances on my part I am unable to fulfill your commission. In this case full refund is provided.
⋆ Will start working on your commission only after it's fully paid.Shipping⋆ Shipping is paid separately.
⋆ Commission will be shipped off no later than a week after completion.
⋆ Every shipment has a tracking number.
⋆ Shipping is done from JAPAN by Japan Post EMS (usually it's 1-2 weeks maximum to USA).
⋆ Insurance is available.
⋆ I am not responsible for any lost & damaged items, as well as any customs or extra fees that you might have to pay. Once the package is shipped off I am not in control over it.Other⋆ If you want to order a secret suit and don't want any disclosure of wips / final pictures - notify me BEFORE I start working on it. Any NDA is charged extra.
